Product Returns

If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from bespokehandmade, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Products must be in their original, unopened condition and packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at callback@bespokehandmade.cv or +1 770 795 5616 to obtain a return authorization
2. Package the item securely in its original packaging
3. Include a copy of your purchase receipt or order confirmation
4. Ship the item to our address: 1487 Milford Church Rd SW, Marietta, GA 30008

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Service Cancellations

For scheduled tree and shrub care services:

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service date will receive a full refund
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service date may be subject to a cancellation fee
• If we are unable to perform the service due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
